JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR PRODUCT OWNER
Responsibilities
- Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business objectives and customer feedback. Define and write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from stakeholders and align them with product goals. Communicate product vision and roadmap to the team and stakeholders effectively.
- Sprint Planning & Execution: Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team during sprint planning and execution. Ensure the team delivers high-value increments each sprint.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Continuously collect and analyze user feedback to refine the product. Drive product improvements by incorporating customer insights and market trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Measure product success using KPIs and analytics. Present regular updates on product progress, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Proven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.ng environment.
