Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing Product team/Client requests and transferring it to technical documents. Business Analyst will define, document those feature into BRD and prepare wireframe or mockup design. This position is required to conduct market research to identify the competitive advantage of the features requested. This role will suit someone who is proactive, diligent, process orientated, comfortable working to deadlines and who thrives in an environment of change.

Job Description:

• Act as vital link between Product Owner and Odoo Developers

• Gather information and intelligence from stakeholders about product requirements

• Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviours

• Deliver project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner

• Design business workflows

• Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment

• Design and organize procedures including documenting and analysing business processes

• Document functional requirements for use by Developers

• Design and execute testing procedures

• Lead operational meetings with various stakeholders

• Provide client account management as required

• Provide training as required. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering

• A minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis and Project Management experience

• Sound understanding of ERP Systems, particularly POS, CRM, and Finance Management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing projects for customers through all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle

• Experience with Odoo would be an advantage however, solid experience implementing ERP is a requirement

• Good UI/UX knowledge/experience;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English communications skills

• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes is an advantage

• Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion;

• Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies;

• Experience in Agile environment or Scrum Master is a plus.
