[HO CHI MINH CITY] WE ARE HIRING MARKETING MANAGER (Full-time)

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set important marketing goals according to the company’s business plan. Lead all branding, digital marketing and communication activities to achieve the set goals
• Orient, create strategies, implement and oversee branding plans for all brands in the company
• Measure the performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns (SEO, SEM, Digital campaigns), assess them against goals (ROI, KPI) and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them
• Responsible for OKR plan, brand activation, annual plan and long-term brand plan • Recruit, build and train the marketing team
• Manage budget and effectiveness of marketing plans in the company

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Visionary with a data-driven mindset. Not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, including team management.
• Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (branding, strategy, content marketing, SEO, SEM, business development, product)
• Experience in technology or smart home industry is a plus
• Experience in leading marketing strategies globally, preferably in the US is a plus
• Strong project management, people management and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English
