[HCMC] Recruitment March 2025: INSTRUCTOR & TRAINER SEMICONDUCTOR position

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Semiconductor industry human resource training and coaching
    – Develop and implement training programs on microchip and semiconductor design: ASIC, FPGA, PCB and testing and packaging (ATP).
    – Training and practical guidance on semiconductor design.
    – Practical Labs and Lab Projects guidance for students, engineers and personnel from businesses.
  • Develop teaching content and training programs
    – Improve textbooks and learning materials on microcircuit design and semiconductor technology.
    – Build and update training programs in line with new technology trends and actual business needs.
    – Collaborate with experts to optimize content and teaching methods.
  • Expertise
    – University or postgraduate degree in Electrical - Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or fields related to microchips and semiconductors.
  • Experience
    – Minimum 5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas of microchip design and semiconductor technology: RTL Design, Design Verification, FPGA, Synthesis, STA, DFT, Place & Route, SignOff, ATP, PCB.
    – Experience in teaching, training or guiding labs in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
    – Proficient in microcircuit and semiconductor design tools and processes of Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens.
  • Professional skills
    – Have training, presentation and practical guidance skills.
    – Draft and organize theoretical and practical training programs.
    – Update new knowledge in the industry, read and understand technical documents in English.
    – Ability to manage time, work independently and in a team.
  • Soft skills
    – Communicate, present and teach clearly and easily.
    – Work in groups, support students and colleagues effectively.
    – Good English (reading technical documents, communication).
  • Prioritize
    – Candidates have experience teaching or technical guidance at universities, research institutes or enterprises.
    – Have worked at large microchip design companies or semiconductor training centers.
